In our class, students are creating podcasts to share what they are learning in science. Podcasts about their favorite ecosystems, or if there could be life on other planets, are a fun way for students to communicate science to their community. Headphones allow students to hear the language they are practicing when they record and listen to podcasts. Students practice writing and speaking English through these podcasts, and with headphones, they can listen to themselves record. Headphones also allow us to share our podcasts in a gallery format, and podcast listeners can move around the room and listen to each story.
