Hello Everyone, My purpose of becoming an educator is to provide students, regardless of their backgrounds and experiences. My school is located right in the middle of Chicago's downward spiraling neighborhoods. Some students have been exposed to more already that most would in their entire lives. Being a product of the school, as an alumni, has allowed me have a special bond with my students. I'm able to connect with my scholars on a more personal level, and really give them a sense of ambition.
