I am fortunate enough to have my own classroom to service my fourth, fifth and sixth grade students in science. But we don't have any lab tables! Instead we have desks, which are uneven and wobbly. These desks hinder the true feeling of being a scientist. Spills happen more easily from wobbly desks, supplies roll off frequently and studnets have difficutly moving througout the classroom. Lab tables would provide them with a safer and more realisitic scienfitic learning experience. These table would be utilized on a daily basis by mutliple grade levels and would really making coming to the science classroom a much richer experience!
