The unseen world of molecules makeup the entire world around us. My students need hands on materials to bring these molecules to life. As the students build and construct molecules they will come to understand the structure and function of these basic building blocks of life. A generous donation to fund this project will bring the kinesthetic learners in my classroom to gain a connection to the invisible world of molecules. As the students gain an understanding of the micro world around them they will perceive the impact that any change in a molecule will lead to massive alterations in the system that it is a part of. This will lead to discussions of their role, small though it may seem, in the world around them and the impact that they can have.
