These supplies will help my kindergarten students develop their fine-motor skills. Cutting, coloring, painting, dabbing and tracing are so important when working the muscles in young children's hands. My students need a variety of coloring utensils since we will be using them on a daily basis. When they have fun doing these activities, they don't realize at the same time they are also working the muscles in their hand. Lined paper and a lined magnetic board will help me model correct letter and number formation. These are important foundational skills in kindergarten.
