Our program is taking on a new approach this school year and our recruitment hailed larger numbers; every students has proved faithful to learning a musical instrument. I plan to teach my students about the world through their studies in music. I aim for my students to learn more about themselves, the world, and the things happening around them by learning a musical instrument. What's a band without instruments? Not a band? Without the required materials, the desired music education will be hard to reach. Before any of this can begin, my students are in need of several important items. Students are in need of reeds to produce sound on their woodwind instruments, books that are within our curriculum and guide them on their journey, and mouthpieces to place their reeds on.
