It is of great importance to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Obesity and lack of physical activity and exercise is a rising health problem in our communities. It is imperative to teach our young students the knowledge needed to stay active and healthy. The materials: Circuit 1, 2 and 3 and the scrimmage vest will facilitate this process. Please help empower our students with the physical skills, knowledge and confidence to maintain and improve their personal health. Not only will this project improve our students motivation to stay in shape and active but will also help our students prepare for the health related physical fitness test that they will have this academic year for the state.

About my class
