The items contained in these kits will assist the calming process as stress and anxiety become present in the classroom. As we ease back into our school routine, the reality of COVID-19 and the many new, unprecedented circumstances will bring about stress and anxiety for our students. These kits will help all students create their own calm thus enhancing the learning process. Our goal is to supply all students in grades 3 through 5 with a "Cool to be Calm" kit that will be kept at their seats to use as needed to deter stress and anxiety.

About my class
