Many of my students came into Kindergarten having no letter recognition and no letter sound recognition. I have had to modify many of my lessons to further meet student needs. I want to provide the best educational opportunities I can to meet a variety of student needs in my classroom. The sand letter writing kit would be a great learning tool to provide a tactile way for students to practice their letter and number writing. Being a kinesthetic learner myself, I believe this kit will help increase student engagement. Students will be excited to try something new, and it will help provide a greater learning experience for them! The audio set can be a great resource for students to have a listening station. This way, students can listen and follow along to easy reader books.
