My students will utilize these Chromebooks to research arctic animals and desert animals in the classroom for group projects. They will also use this technology to take their reading tests, study math using online resources, play reading, language and math enrichment games, start a class blog, make movies using a green screen, and they will use it to make presentations during our author studies. They get so excited when they can use the computer to take a test and do independent research for projects! The problem has been that we do not have enough computers to use for those projects and research adventures. I am hoping for those computer before the school year ends. I will teach them how to use them independently and even train little experts in the class to help the other students.
