I believe my students will really enjoy archery in PE class. They will be excited about something new and unique. Archery helps the mind and the body. This sport will help strengthen core muscles and improve balance. Archery will allow students to set goals and build confidence while performing the skill. Hand-eye coordination will also be a big factor in archery. I would love to introduce "other" extracurricular activities that can last a lifetime! I believe they will have so much fun and learn something new at the same time! These students will learn an Olympic sport that will last a lifetime.
