The addition of Chromebooks into our classroom will literally change students' lives. They will be able to use images in a whole new way. Students will have access to websites that allow them to practice essential skills in a fun and engaging way. They will be able to do STEM type projects by allowing them to research engineering topics. They can see science in action with real videos of natural processes. Students can take virtual field trips to anywhere in the world. They can connect with students in real time instead of just being penpals. Creative writing will come alive with new fonts and features that actually add moving illustrations to their stories! Struggling writers can add phrases, change them and move them with the click of a button. They can use storyboards to make comic strips to bring characters to life.
