The Scholastic News will be an exciting literary tool that we could definitely use in our classroom. The pictures are colorful, stories are short and to the point, and there is also an interactive technology component that students would absolutely love! Reading opens doors and provides knowledge no matter what age you are. It is my goal to provide as many different ways to learn during these formative years. Grade one is the foundation and it helps to develop the love for learning through reading. All children should have access to up to date literacy that makes learning fun, too!
