The solar energy kits are a great and fun way to introduce renewable energy. The students will be able to explore the fundamental benefits of solar energy, energy transfer, and how it relates to renewable energy. Students will learn the physics of how solar panels produce electrical energy. The solar car is a great way for students to get hands-on opportunities to create a car that is able to move because of the sun. They will understand solar power can be utilized as a renewable energy source. Students will be able to see the advantages and disadvantages of photovoltic cells as an energy source for transportation.
