The Girls Volleyball Program at our school is excited to have a new Head coach who is pushing them to embrace weightlifting for the first time! Our girls are prepared to make full use of our weight training facility but are limited by the equipment that we currently have. The donations for these women's weightlifting bars will help our beginning lifters learn the proper technique while maintaining safe environment. Currently, our schools weight-training room only has 45lb men's Olympic Weightlifting bars that are impossible for many beginners to lift and learn properly on. Our girls Athletics Programs and PE classes will greatly benefit from equipment that meets their needs.
