My students have been learning about animal and plant cells. As a project to show case at our school's annual parent night, our students will be creating a digital version of an animal and plant cell to display on laptops for their parents to see. The laptops will be placed by each of their 3D animal and plant cells that they created by hand. The goal for this project was to add a digital component to the project. Therefore, I partnered up with our Business and Computer Science teacher to teach my students how to use Microsoft software to design their animal and plant cells.
