High school can be a difficult time. Even in the best of circumstances, there are a lot of moving parts, and academics are just one piece. The students I support have additional challenges. Many have learning disabilities or other learning differences that make staying on top of seven to eight academic classes tough. My goal is to provide students with organizational tools that work! Having a binder to store all class materials together is where it starts. Next, students will have pocket dividers with labels for each class. There will be a place for everything and, with my support, I hope to teach them how to keep everything in its place.
