By donating to this project, students will be able to move around more without distracting others. The supplies I am requesting are all quiet seating possibilities to allow students to wiggle without distracting others. Lately, research has been done to support the fact that students become higher achievers when given the ability to wiggle in their seats. Many articles state that wiggling helps students to focus. In second grade, I would like to give my students a few flexible seating options. I don't want my students to leave each day with stiff backs and hurting bottoms; therefore, I am requesting yoga balls, wiggle seats, cushions, and stools to allow students to continue doing their best work in a different seat.
