Raspberry Pi is a low-cost, basic computer that is intended to help spur interest in computing among school-aged children. The Raspberry Pi is contained on a single circuit board and features ports for: HDMI , USB 2.0 Composite video, Analog audio, Power, InternetSD Card We all want children to use computers, and to understand their importance. Preparing children for a world of automation and software development is not only applying skill sets, it is also helping them get ahead, giving them the chance to build on those important skills. In a world where blue collar jobs are falling every day to automation, in a world where robots are slowly taking over menial, hard-working and dangerous tasks, understanding how these machines work and how to program and repair them is already an important job. The computer runs entirely on open-source software and gives students the ability to mix and match software according to the work they wish to do. Imagine what students can create with these endless possibilities!
