The preschoolers in our classrooms want to be successful but struggle with self regulation and the ability to focus. We would like to provide each preschool classroom (4) with a "BodySox" to promote calmness and increase focus. This can help the children to engage in the daily activities and with their classmates. "BodySox" allow a child that is experiencing difficulty sitting or calming their bodies to feel the gentle pressure of the material around them. The children can stretch within the material to experience joint compression and the pressure can be extremely calming for them. We would like our students to have the ability to take part in classroom activities while their bodies are regulated.
