My current classroom library does not contain all of levels of books I need. I spent many years teaching 3rd grade and now I teach 5th and my students have already read many of my books so they are not very interested in my selection. Lack of interest is very detrimental to a struggling or even a reluctant reader. By having varying levels of high interest books the students will build their reading stamina, comprehension and fluency skills. You're generous donations will help turn my struggling readers into strong readers and my reluctant readers into avid readers. All of my 44 students THANK YOU!
