Students will use the Chromebooks daily as part of learning stations. They will access videos and screencasts of their teacher (that's me!) explaining essential skills. Here students will be able to watch and re-watch videos as needed until they master a skill. This will allow students to work at their own pace and will give me tools to help each child work to their full potential. Additionally, students will have access to educational websites that will allow them to practice skills (self-paced!) and give them access to materials otherwise inaccessible to them. Most importantly, they will become familiar with technology, which will give them a more even playing field with their contemporaries.
