Our school district is in a rapidly growing suburban environment. Our city has been recognized as one of the best small towns to raise a family. Our incredible school district is made great by passionate teachers who care about their students. I want my students to leave 6th grade with a curiosity that will drive them to keep learning beyond the walls of my classroom. I teach a variety of students including 35 advanced academic and 46 on-level from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and variety of ethnicities. My students love hands-on activities. I regularly use interactive assignments as an extension for my advanced students and to close gaps in my students that struggle in science.
