Hello! I'm so excited to share this picture of our PBIS Pep Rally with our super hero teachers at West St School! Our kids are amazing and we are dedicated to helping them find the superheros in themselves. PBIS is a positive behavioral system that utilizes all the teachable moments in the day to : build character traits, teach prosocial behaviors and help students feel safe emotionally, physically and academically. The donations are tangible rewards the kids can earn with Wildcat cash as they are reinforced for doing the right thing or getting back on track. We also have a list of intrinsic rewards but kids also enjoy getting prizes. We appreciate the donations! Thank you!
