We need materials for our playground and outdoor areas that will keep students engaged and exploring while outside. The tree blocks will be used on our playground as part of a "loose parts" area that will encourage children to build and create structures, and use the materials in other creative ways. The wheelbarrow can be used as a way for students to move the materials to different parts of the playground and also as a tool when working in our school vegetable gardens. The garden tools are needed for our year round gardening project so that students can learn to use the tools appropriately and learn the responsibility of caring for a garden.
