The students in my class will be preparing for careers that may not exist today. In order to be competitive and college ready, the students will need to be able to use technology as a tool and acquire 21st learner skills. Even though my students are only 5 and 6 years old, I still feel that it is SO important to begin preparing them for the future now so that they have the skills they need to become successful. I am asking for five laptops and a projector so that my students have the opportunity to experience technology first hand. The five laptops meet the district technology requirements for use and maintenance on the district network.
