Extra! Extra! Read all about it, that is what we want to do, in our classroom with a Scholastic News subscription. This is where wee need your help! In fifth grade we are becoming more and more aware of the world around us, especially with current events. To help us keep up with the events in the world and our community we read the newspaper. As a teacher, I find it hard to find events for students that are student friendly. It would be beneficial for each student to have an age appropriate magazine for them to put their hands on and be able to interact with. I can only imagine the enrichment this will bring to my kiddos learning experiences as they explore all that a Scholastic News Subscription has to offer them.
