Having a small group kidney table in my classroom will allow me to more effectively pull guided reading and guided math groups. This will allow me to sit in the center with all of my students in front of me so they are able to see the instruction that is provided. This table would allow me to pull high, low, and middle students who need more specific teaching and learning than what they are getting during core whole group instruction. Students will benefit from this piece of furniture because they will be able to comfortably sit and engage with the activity being presented to the small group.
