My curriculum includes a Baker's Dozen course where students learn various baking techniques! So often, handheld mixers simply don't do the job! This year alone, we have burned up two handheld mixers. Kitchen Aid mixers are not only sturdy and durable but will last many many years! By having quality equipment, my students will learn many more skills that they can take with them into their future lives! Imagine the pride students can take in creating recipes that will allow them pride in the things that they can make and achieve! Baking is becoming a lost talent, and my students love to share their finished products with their favorite teachers and staff!
