I’m Geneva Paul, and I get to serve as an Instructional Coach at Rayburn Elementary STEAM Academy, where we have the privilege of teaching and supporting over 500 amazing students from PK to 5th grade. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to fostering student growth and achievement. But we know that true success starts with capturing our students' hearts first.
