My students are different than most. They are accepting of each other's differences and willing to help out one another. They recognize when others need help. This year they decided as a class, to donate some of their class funds to one of their teachers who was in need of the money. I have worked with many students and these students accepted me when I started in the middle of the year a couple years ago. I believe that in any other school I would have probably moved on but I have not because of the students I teach.
