In order to do so, we need a class set of brushes, paint, paper and other supplies. My students will create a multi-media, social-emotional self portrait to tell the school community about themselves. Students have spent a year and half learning about art on the computer. Social interactions were limited to what you could see on the screen. These self portraits will tell their classmates and school community about themselves and help us find things that we have in common
