The kidney shaped table is the best flexible seating arrangement to keep students engaged and focused will using a still to sit and get their wiggles out. I teach phonics and the table will allow more movement and capture more diversity in our learning styles and needs. Students will become more focused and retain important skills when the environment is created to include all types of learners. My students are with me to work on specific IEP goals and fill gaps they have been challenged with in the general educational environment. I would be thrilled to provide my students with a classroom they can thrive to be academic achievers!
