This rug will help my students focus more while we are learning as a group. They won't be pulling on the fraying rug, and they will have a clean and safe environment to listen, share, learn, and sit. The rug we currently have is dirty and is beyond restoration or cleaning. We gather multiple times daily on our rug, and it is a huge part of our classroom; it is the like the living room of a house. A new rug would be very helpful for the students, and more learning will take place when they feel like they are in a clean, comfortable environment. I want to give my students all I can to help them learn and this is my first step in getting them a safe and clean place to learn.
