There is more and more evidence of the importance of explicit social emotional learning for student success. By equipping the most vulnerable students with tools to regulate emotions, be mindful and have empathy towards others, everyone succeeds. Studies show people with strong social-emotional skills are better able to cope with everyday challenges and benefit academically, professionally, and socially. A strong social emotional foundation is necessary for all learners to succeed. The tools and specific items in the Amazon cart will help develop strong Social emotional skills that will have an immensely positive effect on my students lives. These items will help them to find more academic success, have more meaningful relationships and learn self-care strategies.
