The students will be very excited to have books that don't look and sound like 'baby books' but that they are able to read. These Magic Treehouse books expose them to science and history while allowing them to say, "I am reading a chapter book!" We will use the books for small groups. They love taking turns reading when they know they are able to read most of the words. The art supplies will be used for our end of the year Quality Literature Book that the students create. After we choose a theme, each student designs their own page with craft supplies.
