Our students are going to take a trip back to Early California, where they will learn what life was like prior to the 1900s. The Adventures in Education tour, provided by Knott's Berry Farm is to enhance school curriculum with specially designed programs that correlate to grade-appropriate California State Standards and immerse students in the learning process. History comes alive! Students experience living history, where the Knott's Berry Farm tour guides dress and act as if they were living in the mid 1800s. It makes a difference in their learning, as it allows them to physically see and experience what life was like for a fur trapper, a miner, and a family traveling across the plains coming to California for he Gold Rush.
