My students have always looked forward to our daily technology sessions where they are actively engaged on Achieve3000 and Moby Max Math. These programs are research based and differentiated to meet each student’s academic needs. These programs incorporate audio through videos, direct instruction, and questioning, which is imperative for students to reach grade level standards. Right now, we set our volumes to low because we don’t have a class set of headphones. For a majority of my students, this is extremely distracting. A class set of headphones is a necessity to use these programs effectively. Technology is an essential daily component for my 21st century learners. It imperative for me to provide my students with the right tools to be successful, to be able to master grade level standards!
