My students are preschool students who come from diverse backgrounds. We also teach children with English as a second language. Each child comes to me with varying experiences. They need to be motivated and challenged every day. We are a high poverty district in which 78% of the students in the township qualify for free and reduced lunch. I believe all children have potential and can participate in all activities.
