My students are fun and eager to learn. They are natural learners, and I consider it an honor to be their teacher. They are currently making great gains in reading, and many of them have mastered foundational reading skills since we started school back in September. Some of them have even increased their reading instructional level by an entire grade level! We are in need of a new classroom rug, yet the cost for such a rug is more than we can afford. I have included a picture of our current rug so that you can get an idea of what we are trying to replace. We use our classroom rug often for read-alouds, mini-lessons, and sharing times. A new rug from Lakeshore would really enhance our teaching and learning times.
