There are many different intelligence levels in our classroom. Using the learning centers will allow for grouping of the students into what we call pods! Each pod will have a strong member, an average member, and a weak member. The different levels will allow each member to contribute to the learning experience. It will also allow the stronger students to help or teach the weaker students. It has been proven that students learn from each other easily. Also, if one of the members doesn't understand, the assistant or teacher can review the skill using the learning centers. I expect to see an increase in self-esteem and whole class participation.
