Sixth graders need TI 30 calculators in order to meet the state standards in math. However, due to the Pandemic the students cannot share the calculators in school and we do not have enough to send calculators home. Students need these calculators to determine the volume of right rectangular prisms with fractional side lengths. They will be successful if they have the right tools! With these new TI 30 calculators students will be able to work from home as well as in the classroom! Math is difficult enough. My students really do need the proper materials to complete the work. The students will be able to apply appropriate tools to solve real world and mathematical problems!
