I strive to make my classroom a second home for myself and my students. We spend so much time in our classroom that I want to students to want to come each day. My students LOVE a good book and will re-read their favorite stories and share them with their friends. Having a library that interests them and grabs their attention will inspire them to continue reading. If I can be the one to give them a book, to encourage learning, to make reading fun, they will value their own education and have a positive outlook on school overall. I hope that these donations inspire my students to continue their education through stories of others. Maybe one book is all it takes to change ones mind.
