Our classroom desperately needs a document camera and an easel. It is very difficult for our students to stay focused when we have to give out copies of materials and write on charts that hang on the wall and constantly fall. The document camera will allow me to project text, math manipulatives and other materials onto an enlarged device for all students to learn the best way they can. They can stay focused and don't have to worry about reading small printed copies. The easel is a necessity in any classroom. It has a shelf where we can lean our charts or big books on rather than try to hold them or hook them to read and write.
