Good day all, My name is Mrs. Flowers and I have had the awesome opportunity to teach students from urban districts for the past 13 years. It is my belief THAT all students have the capability to be successful. It is my duty as teacher, to find each student's abilities and potential and push them to reach their FULL potential. This translates into creating individualized lessons that allows for flexibility, and that caters to all cultures, and learning styles. I have the greatest job in the world, each day I get a chance to open new possibilities within the minds of these AMAZING CHILDREN. THESE CHILDREN are the true reason I decided to become a teacher. It is my calling to be a teacher and every day I am in awe that I am able to do something that I truly love.
