Hello! I am in my 16th year teaching and absolutely love it. I teach 4th graders that are a mix of gifted learners, second language learners, and students with special learning needs. The population has changed in my school in recent years, and now more and more students do not have access to technology at home. We are an A+ Rated School, and my fellow teachers and I work very hard to maintain that grade. I love watching my kids master new skills as those "light bulb" moments occur - that's what makes my job so great! I hope to be able to provide more educational opportunities for my students through Donors Choose. In my class, we really are a family, and I look forward to being able to do more for them.
