These journaling resources will promote writing standards for English Language Arts and allow students to be be able to express themselves as they find ways to deal with the stress, emotions, self-esteem, and confidence since Covid changing the structure of our educational system and needs. Journaling allows students to clarify their feelings and thoughts in a way that organizes their thinking and helps with problem solving. Journaling is also covers the 7th grade writing standard W.7.10 which is: Write routinely over extended time frames (time for research, reflection, and revision) and shorter time frames (a single sitting or a day or two) for a range of discipline-specific tasks, purposes, and audiences.
