I have used yoga balls in my classroom in the past. They're a really great way for students to get their energy out without causing a disruption in the classroom. My whole class has used them and they have done a fantastic job of behaving appropriately on them. I give them very strict guidelines of how to use them the right way. We are now 10 weeks into our school year, and my students are dying to get a chance to use them. This will give all of my students a chance to use a yoga ball. I've found that they work well with the hyper/excited student, and they work with the calm quiet student, too. We can't wait to get started.
