Students will use headphones to work on their academic goals in class. Students use their laptops and explore instructional videos and practice math using fun engaging math games. Students will use headphones to focus on the topic by ignoring any classroom distractions. Students will be engaged with the videos presented to them because they will be able to enjoy the animation and audio as intended. Although reading closed captions works for now, with the use of headphones students will enjoy the activities fully. Students are given the opportunity to show knowledge of a topic or standard by exploring videos and playing standard based math games. The use of headphones enhances the students learning and allows students who are easily distracted to focus more on the task at hand.
