Students will learn responsibility for others by being in command of a fishing boat by. They will be using the trolling motor to navigate the boat and students around our lakes. In addition they will learn how to operate a boat responsibly on the water under the instruction of a mentor. These types of experiences are crucial to the development of a young persons' confidence and self worth. We want to provide students with a fun and healthy activity to do for life. Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day, teach a person to fish and you feed them for a lifetime, both physically and mentally.

About my class
